Job Overview

Gladstone Media is seeking an experienced Senior 3D Artist to create premium architectural visualizations for luxury residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and landmark developments worldwide. This fully remote role involves collaborating with creative directors, brand strategists, and marketing teams to produce photorealistic imagery that drives real-world sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Produce premium interior and exterior architectural renderings.
Develop mood, lighting, and atmosphere aligned with brand positioning.
Interpret architectural drawings, design intent, and marketing narratives.
Execute advanced post-production in Adobe Photoshop.
Collaborate closely with art directors and modeling teams.
Elevate projects creatively while maintaining technical precision.
Manage deadlines across multiple high-profile developments.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic work.
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
Expertise in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer.
Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Forest Pack and RailClone (iToo Software).
Deep understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and photography.
Strong English communication skills.
Ability to take creative direction and collaborate globally.
Experience working on luxury real estate projects is highly preferred.
