Job Overview

Dashverse is seeking a creative and technically skilled AI Animator to join its growing team. In this role, you will use state-of-the-art AI animation tools to transform static images into dynamic, engaging animations while ensuring accurate lip sync and polished final outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality animations using AI-based tools from provided images and creative briefs.
Ensure precise lip sync and smooth motion in AI-generated animation sequences.
Revise animations based on feedback from creative teams and stakeholders.
Research and stay updated on emerging AI animation tools and technologies.
Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve animation workflows and processes.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing animation or AI-driven projects.
Proficiency with AI-based animation tools such as Kling, Runway, Minimax, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of video production workflows and animation pipelines.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred Background

Background in video production, editing, direction, videography, VFX, animation, or fine arts.
Experience working on short-form video or narrative-driven content is a plus.
