About the Role
Fortis Games is seeking a highly organized Creative Producer to partner with its Creative team and manage day-to-day production workflows. This operational, hands-on role ensures that creative pipelines remain organized, predictable, and scalable.
You will oversee asset production for user acquisition (UA) and growth marketing, coordinate cross-functional teams, and introduce AI-first workflows to accelerate iteration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Project Management
- Own end-to-end creative production workflows for UA and growth marketing assets
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, timelines, and priorities
- Ensure clarity on campaign goals, KPIs, briefs, and delivery expectations
- Balance workloads across artists and projects
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
- Maintain creative specs documentation across channels
- Champion best practices for fast-paced mobile creative production
- Support integration of AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency
Production & Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels
- Maintain version control and asset tracking systems
- Coordinate file organization and asset needs with game teams
- Manage stakeholder feedback loops
- Maintain quality standards while preserving iteration speed
Rituals & Coordination
- Lead kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems
- Provide clarity on prioritization shifts and team updates
Vendor Management
- Coordinate vendor communication and deliverables
- Ensure vendors have required materials to avoid production delays
What You’ll Need
- Experience as a Producer, Creative Producer, Publishing Producer, or Marketing Producer
- Strong understanding of creative pipelines and asset workflows
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, Airtable, etc.)
- Ability to align creative and game teams effectively
- Curiosity and openness toward AI-first creative workflows
- Comfort building processes in fast-growing environments
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or creative agency environments (mobile preferred)
- Fluency in English
