Job Overview

Hammer Media is seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to shape the visual identity and energy of content across YouTube, memberships, and paid products. This role blends high-end motion design with fast-paced production work, requiring strong creative instincts and the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX (5 days per week in office).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative vision across digital content
  • Create custom motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
  • Develop branding assets, logos, intros, and visuals for memberships and paid products
  • Produce Financial Audit pre-roll segments and show graphics
  • Create trailers and promotional assets for launches and special announcements
  • Build and update Caleb Hammer Live (CHL) graphics on a weekly schedule
  • Organize and manage Premiere Pro project files for efficiency and version control
  • Stay current with YouTube trends, memes, and digital editing styles
  • Create thumbnails and support click-through optimization when needed
  • Own special creative projects from concept through execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience editing YouTube or digital-first content
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong motion graphics and animation skills
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts with strong pacing and engagement sense
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Deep familiarity with the YouTube platform and digital media trends
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
  • Portfolio required for consideration
