Job Overview

The Production Artist – Creative provides essential production support to the creative team and account managers. This role focuses on building adaptive layouts, retouching artwork, and preparing digital assets and print-ready files to ensure seamless project execution.

The Production Artist plays a key role in establishing efficient workflows and ensuring that final deliverables meet client expectations across both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Creative Account Managers to create adaptive layouts for entertainment and consumer brand clients
Review comp files and build production mechanicals for final delivery
Create templates and prepare digital assets for print manufacturing
Produce deliverables for both print and digital platforms
Ensure projects move smoothly through all phases of the production process
Partner with internal teams to meet client expectations efficiently
Assist with additional tasks beyond daily responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant production or graphic design experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred but not required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong technical understanding of production design tools and techniques
Experience preparing files for print manufacturing and digital distribution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Comfortable in a deadline-driven production environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
