Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality hand-keyed facial and body animations.
  • Convey character personality, mood, emotion, and believable movement through animation.
  • Collaborate closely with Animation Directors and Leads to align with creative direction.
  • Ensure animation quality supports gameplay, narrative, and player experience goals.
  • Work within modern game engine pipelines and production workflows.
  • Apply feedback quickly while maintaining strong artistic standards.
  • Organize work efficiently to support team collaboration and project continuity.
  • Participate in reviews, meetings, and production discussions.
  • Support team members and assist with feature leadership responsibilities when required.
  • Shoot and utilize reference videos based on creative direction and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Computer Animation, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional animation experience.
  • Strong expertise in both facial and body animation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Maya.
  • Experience with keyframe animation techniques.
  • Working knowledge of game engines and animation pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of human and animal movement and facial expressions.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative studio environment.
  • Passion for storytelling and animation performance.
