Key Responsibilities

Design and implement lighting for characters and environments aligned with artistic direction
Maintain color balance, visual consistency, and overall shot quality
Collaborate with FX teams to integrate visual effects
Work closely with directors, supervisors, and production teams
Ensure timely delivery of shots while meeting productivity targets
Perform compositing tasks including tracking, layering, color grading, and roto work
Manage multi-shot lighting and compositing workflows

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in games, film, TV, or commercial production
Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing lighting and compositing expertise
Proficiency in Katana, Nuke, Maya, Linux, Renderman-RIS, and Redshift
Experience with modern game engines and production pipelines
Strong understanding of cinematic lighting, composition, and color grading
Ability to troubleshoot complex lighting and compositing setups independently
Experience working in fast-paced, iterative production environments

Education

A degree in Animation, Visual Effects, Computer Graphics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
