Job Overview

Lead the production of motion-based ad creatives for mobile games
Mentor and guide motion designers and video editors
Collaborate with marketing, product, and user acquisition teams
Optimize creatives using performance metrics like CTR, CPI, IPM, and ROAS
Implement AI tools and automation for improved workflows
Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ad creatives across multiple titles
Supervise and mentor the motion design team
Align creative direction with business goals
Analyze performance data to improve ad effectiveness
Research competitor campaigns and industry trends
Maintain organized project files and creative assets
Manage feedback cycles and conduct creative reviews
Support the Lead Motion Designer and act as backup when needed
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and production standards

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and motion design tools
Strong understanding of creative marketing and ad production pipelines
Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPI, IPM, ROAS)
Experience leading or mentoring creative teams
Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics
Working knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) and Unity preferred
