Job Overview

As a Senior Video Editor, you will assemble, edit, and refine video content according to scripts and creative briefs. You will collaborate closely with internal creative teams to deliver polished final products incorporating visual effects, motion graphics, and design elements using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble raw footage into rough cuts or assembly edits based on scripts and creative briefs.
  • Trim and refine video and audio tracks to produce seamless final outputs.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and design elements using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and fellow editors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on final outputs and implement necessary revisions.
  • Stay updated with emerging editing techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

This is an onsite, full-time opportunity based in Chennai. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate closely with creative teams in a fast-paced production environment.
