Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead animation and motion design across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on storytelling concepts
  • Develop innovative animation and visual storytelling techniques
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives
  • Maintain production efficiency and workflow optimization
  • Support business development with creative insights
  • Deliver impactful creative experiences that enhance engagement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in filmmaking, animation, or motion design
  • Proven leadership in animation-heavy projects
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Media Encoder
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
  • Excellent project management and time management abilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film, Design, or a related field is preferred.
