Job Overview

Comcast is seeking an experienced Visual & Motion Designer to produce innovative, high-quality graphic and motion design solutions across multiple platforms. This role requires strong creative thinking, advanced design execution skills, and the ability to independently manage priorities.

The designer will work with internal on-air and off-air client groups to deliver impactful visual communication assets while ensuring efficient design workflows and maintaining high creative standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of creative objectives for internal client groups
  • Lead or participate in developing design concepts aligned with art and creative direction
  • Execute design, artwork, layout, and motion solutions for on-air and off-air projects
  • Implement high-quality visual and motion designs adaptable to feedback from senior staff
  • Lead innovative projects and initiatives
  • Assign and manage high-priority or advanced projects
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant matters
  • Collaborate across teams to drive creative excellence and customer-focused solutions
  • Maintain punctual attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends, or variable schedules as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in graphic and motion design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and After Effects
  • Strong foundation in graphic design, brand design, and motion graphics
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong understanding of creative processes and professional design standards
  • Ability to work independently and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Compensation & Benefits

  • National salary range up to $136,875 annually (varies by state and experience)
