You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact visual content that enhances brand engagement and business growth in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Translate brand principles into cohesive static and motion design systems
Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, and multimedia narratives
Develop scalable motion design guidelines and reusable templates
Create training videos, product explainers, and marketing assets
Design digital and print materials including ads, social content, email templates, and presentations
Evolve website and digital experiences to communicate brand value
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
Manage multiple projects independently with strong time management
Support product design initiatives to maintain visual consistency

Requirements

2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and visual design expertise
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Confident presentation and storytelling skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams
