About the Role

Felix is seeking a Brand Designer to join its Marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will own the design of high-performing static ads for paid and organic social channels while contributing to broader brand initiatives across campaigns, packaging, print, and cross-functional projects.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging, high-performing static social ads from concept through final delivery
  • Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to translate briefs and performance insights into effective creative
  • Adapt visual styles and aesthetics to suit diverse campaign needs
  • Contribute to creative ideation informed by social, cultural, and design trends
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and creative production workflows
  • Support omni-channel brand initiatives including print, packaging, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Apply and evolve Felix’s brand system across colour, typography, and photography
  • Provide cross-functional design support for ad-hoc marketing needs
  • Clearly communicate design rationale to creative and non-creative stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand design, ideally in consumer-facing environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static ad design for social
  • Deep understanding of performance creative versus brand creative
  • Experience designing across advertising, packaging, and print
  • Exceptional taste in typography, colour, and layout
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for improving access to healthcare in Canada

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: CA$90,000 – CA$110,000
