Job Overview

Quantum Metric is seeking a Brand Designer to elevate its web presence and ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital touchpoints. This full-time remote role will focus 70% on enhancing the marketing website and 30% on broader brand assets.

The ideal candidate understands that a website serves as the portfolio of a company’s identity. You will own and evolve the design system, collaborate closely with growth and web marketing teams, and integrate modern AI-assisted workflows to maximize creative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and evolve the brand identity across the marketing website to ensure visually compelling and user-friendly pages.
  • Design high-impact landing pages that balance storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with Web Marketing to maintain brand consistency from Figma to live implementation.
  • Hand off and oversee execution of assets with development teams.
  • Enhance and maintain a scalable Figma design system for marketing self-service needs.
  • Design static assets for email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate layout iterations, resizing, moodboarding, and production tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in brand or digital design within a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience collaborating with web, CRO, and growth teams to optimize digital experiences.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Gemini.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles, grids, and web fonts.
  • Bonus: Experience with Spline, Rive, HTML, or CSS.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 plus bonus eligibility.
