Job Overview

CLO Virtual Fashion is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its Bengaluru R&D team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing the CLO-SET platform, delivering user-centered experiences while contributing to service planning, digital branding, and design system management.

You will work in an agile, cross-functional environment to design, launch, and optimize features that improve global user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and design the overall UX/UI for the CLO-SET platform.
Define service policies, feature specifications, user flows, and UX storyboards.
Create high-quality design deliverables using Figma.
Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems.
Design digital branding assets including banners, icons, and explanatory graphics.
Develop prototypes based on UX research and user behavior insights.
Identify service improvements based on user feedback and data.
Participate in the full product lifecycle—from ideation to validation.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content teams.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in product design, service planning, or UX/UI design.
Experience planning and operating platform-based services.
Hands-on experience building and applying design systems.
Ability to balance aesthetics with structured, functional interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie are a plus).
Understanding of agile development processes.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Self-driven with the ability to independently plan and execute tasks.
Must be an Indian citizen and currently based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
