Key Responsibilities

Develop and evolve Patreon’s brand identity across all channels
Create and maintain scalable brand systems and guidelines
Design campaigns, product storytelling assets, and brand experiences
Translate strategy and cultural insights into compelling creative work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product
Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high quality
Contribute to motion design work or collaborate with motion specialists
Quickly iterate on concepts from ideation to final execution

Qualifications

Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems and campaign design
Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Ability to balance short-term campaigns with long-term brand vision
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with motion design (preferred)
UI/UX design experience (nice to have)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field is preferred.
