Job Overview

Voldex is seeking a Senior 3D Art Generalist to lead asset production for Brookhaven. This role involves creating high-quality 3D assets, maintaining visual consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging gameplay experiences at scale.

You will work closely with the Art Lead and contribute to one of the most popular games on Roblox, ensuring top-tier visual quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create end-to-end 3D assets including environments, houses, props, and gameplay elements
  • Maintain visual consistency aligned with Brookhaven’s art direction
  • Collaborate with designers and developers for performance-optimized assets
  • Review and provide feedback to other artists to maintain quality standards
  • Identify risks in the art pipeline and suggest improvements
  • Develop reusable asset libraries and templates
  • Resolve visual bugs and integration challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience creating 3D assets in Roblox Studio
  • Advanced knowledge of modeling, topology, UV mapping, and optimization
  • Understanding of performance constraints within Roblox
  • Strong artistic and technical balance
  • Ability to follow and enhance an established art style
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality Roblox environments
  • Must be 18 years or older

Nice to Have

  • Experience with animation or rigging
  • Knowledge of Substance Designer and material workflows
  • UI/UX asset creation experience
  • VFX or SFX experience

Education

No specific degree required. Relevant experience and a strong portfolio are highly valued.
