Job Overview

Voldex is hiring a 3D Art Generalist to support the development of Brookhaven, one of the most popular roleplay games on Roblox. The role involves creating stylized environments, props, and gameplay assets that align with the game’s distinctive art style while maintaining high performance for millions of daily players.

You will collaborate with the Art Lead and game development team to design and implement high-quality assets for a live game experienced by a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D assets such as houses, tools, props, and environmental elements for Brookhaven.
Ensure all assets align with the established visual style and performance standards.
Collaborate with the Art Lead and development team to deliver assets within project timelines.
Follow defined production pipelines and workflows for efficient asset creation and integration.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance asset quality and overall gameplay experience.
Iterate and refine assets based on feedback from the development team.

Required Qualifications

Professional experience in 3D art, game development, or relevant freelance/personal projects.
Experience creating optimized assets within Roblox Studio.
Strong understanding of asset optimization and technical constraints in Roblox development.
A portfolio showcasing Roblox environment builds such as houses, maps, or event spaces.
Ability to work within an established stylized art direction.
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to visual quality.
Ability to work full-time.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Skills

Experience with technical art including animation, rigging, or VFX.
Knowledge of asset pipelines or procedural workflows.
