Role Overview
NOA Brands is seeking an experienced 3D Designer to create custom mannequins and related retail display products. This full-time, on-site role requires strong expertise in 3D modeling, digital sculpting, anatomical accuracy, and design for manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will bring a modern aesthetic, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and digital sculptures using tools such as ZBrush, Maya, and 3ds Max.
- Apply strong knowledge of human anatomy to ensure realistic and proportionally accurate mannequins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for 3D printing and manufacturing.
- Produce detailed renderings and visualizations for client presentations and internal reviews.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, durability, dressability, and production standards.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Maintain organized file systems and documentation for team accessibility.
- Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and workflows to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure design accuracy and completeness before review.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in 3D design, digital sculpting, digital product design, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, Designer, or Generalist.
- Expert proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, and 3ds Max.
- Strong skills in digital sculpting, 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Knowledge of 3D printing technologies and design for manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with rendering environments and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Interest in retail design and brand identity development.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
