Job Overview
Amentum is seeking an experienced Graphics Designer/Visualization Specialist to update, maintain, and enhance web-based platforms and digital content within federal and intelligence community environments. This role blends graphic design, web development, SharePoint administration, and data visualization to create accessible, user-friendly, and visually compelling online experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills, along with deep experience in Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint within government environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content with accurate and timely information
- Translate ideas and concepts into professional, web-based products
- Ensure reports and publications are properly formatted and retrievable online
- Enhance website design using modern UX/UI best practices
- Develop automated web-based tools and maintenance plans
- Manage website records including revision history and contributor tracking
- Identify and remove outdated content while maintaining consistency
- Collaborate with internal offices and NGA components for supplemental information
- Support SharePoint design, content organization, libraries, and database generation
- Convert intranet and internet applications into Microsoft SharePoint environments
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design and visualization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience maintaining websites in IC, NGA, DoD, or Federal government environments
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong conceptual design experience
- Experience working on Windows platforms
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in dynamic team environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $78,000 – $105,000
