Job Overview

As a Lead Game Designer, you will own product features end-to-end—from early concept through live operations and optimization. You will drive the design and development of engaging multiplayer and solo gameplay experiences while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver product features from concept to post-launch optimization
  • Design and develop multiplayer social and solo minigames
  • Translate product vision into detailed, player-focused game designs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive feature and game documentation
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, artists, analysts, and producers
  • Guide UX and design direction aligned with player and business goals
  • Provide feedback and ensure features meet intended design quality
  • Analyze market trends to inform roadmap and innovation
  • Influence team direction and maintain high-quality execution standards
  • Mentor designers and support team growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in F2P mobile casual game development
  • Strong understanding of player behavior and monetization systems
  • Proven experience designing social gameplay mechanics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to align teams with product vision and goals
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data for decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams
  • Creative problem-solving and execution-driven approach

Education

A degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
