Job Overview
Crusoe is seeking a Motion and Animation Design Intern to join its in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, project-based internship where you will work on real-world design projects across brand, marketing, and product experiences.
You will collaborate closely with designers and writers, contribute to motion design systems, and create engaging animations using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion and animation assets for social media, marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and product experiences
- Work within Figma and Adobe workflows, especially After Effects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during creative reviews
- Contribute to maintaining consistency across motion design systems
- Translate design concepts into final animated deliverables
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and creative direction
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or related field
- Graduating between December 2026 and Spring 2027
- Portfolio showcasing motion design work (including experimental projects)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects)
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and composition
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related discipline.
