ET Money is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with a motion-first mindset who can bring financial experiences to life. The role focuses on simplifying complex financial concepts through motion design, visual storytelling, and scalable design systems.

This position is ideal for designers with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about product motion, micro-interactions, and crafting intuitive digital experiences for fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design micro-interactions and product animations for financial workflows using tools like Rive.
  • Create motion experiences that help users better understand complex financial concepts.
  • Develop scalable motion systems that can be applied across the ET Money product ecosystem.
  • Design illustrations and icon systems related to investing, savings, insurance, and financial planning.
  • Build and maintain visual frameworks including typography, color systems, and layout hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to improve product usability.
  • Use AI-powered design tools to speed up concept exploration and visual production.
  • Experiment with modern workflows that combine AI tools with traditional design craft.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, product design, or visual design.
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles and how motion improves product usability.
  • Ability to visually simplify complex concepts using motion, illustration, and iconography.
  • Solid foundation in typography, composition, and color theory.
  • Experience with motion tools such as Rive, After Effects, or similar animation software.
  • Strong attention to visual craft and detail.
  • Interest in experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience and a strong design portfolio may also be considered.
