Job Overview

Anaplan is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create compelling, brand-defining animations across marketing channels. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about storytelling, typography, and motion craft.

You will produce engaging content for social media, paid ads, web campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences while shaping and evolving Anaplan’s motion language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching motion graphics and videos for social, paid ads, web, email, and campaigns.
  • Develop brand-forward animations that strengthen Anaplan’s visual identity.
  • Produce product videos, promos, explainers, and launch assets.
  • Create platform-optimized cutdowns and variations for different channels.
  • Collaborate with brand designers, marketers, and copywriters to transform ideas into motion.
  • Animate typography, graphics, UI elements, and illustrations in both 2D and 3D.
  • Design animations for real-world delivery, including HTML5 and Lottie formats.
  • Edit video content with strong timing, pacing, and basic sound design.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience working across both 2D and 3D animation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5 and Lottie animation formats.
  • Strong eye for typography, storytelling, timing, and pacing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance marketing or ad creative production.
  • Understanding of motion within broader brand systems.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Express for scaling and adapting creative assets.
  • Strong attention to transitions, micro-interactions, and animation polish.
