Job Overview

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead visual design excellence across digital platforms, ensuring cohesive, intuitive, and aesthetically compelling user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Craft compelling visual designs that enhance usability and aesthetic appeal for web and mobile platforms.
Create intuitive UI and interaction patterns aligned with user-centered design principles.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across components and patterns.
Design for enterprise-grade B2B applications, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity systems.
Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as AR/VR and AI tools into design solutions.
Collaborate closely with product, UX, and development teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
Use modern UX tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and improve collaboration.

Required Qualifications

4–7 years of professional experience in visual design and UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual excellence.
Formal education in Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Fine Arts, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Communication Design).
Expertise in typography, color theory, layout, and graphic design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, animation, and prototyping tools.
Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Knowledge of AR/VR and AI design tools is desirable.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
